Dr. Lenamond earned her Chemistry degree from Texas A&M University and her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She completed her training at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, became board-certified in internal medicine, and has served as a medical director and hospitalist for over 15 years. She specializes in hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and advanced injectables, with a strong focus on patient safety, whole-body wellness, and lasting results.

Ashlee Braziel is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with nearly 20 years of experience in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hardin-Simmons University. Ashlee is passionate about health, wellness, and preventative care, taking a collaborative, personalized approach that blends evidence-based medicine with holistic practices.  

Katie May is a board-certified Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She’s worked across specialties like acute care, emergency medicine, rehab, and neurology—giving her a well-rounded approach to patient care. Currently pursuing her Master’s degree, Katie is passionate about health, wellness, and empowering others to reach their goals, drawing from both her professional background and her own wellness journey.

Ashley Hill has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She holds a Nutrition Coach certification through NASM and has a strong background in fitness and competition. Ashley is passionate about holistic wellness, sustainability, and helping clients achieve long-term health goals. She leads by example, promoting a balanced and active lifestyle that inspires others.

Heather Brown has a background in early childhood education but found her passion in skincare and wellness. As a Client Consultant, she is the welcoming face of Core Rejuvenation MedSpa, dedicated to ensuring each client’s experience is smooth, enjoyable, and personalized. She brings warmth, attentiveness, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.

Katie has a background in oncology patient care and is currently pursuing a degree in Health Science. She supports physicians with medical screenings, weight loss injections, and wellness treatments, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Passionate about client care, she helps individuals feel confident, comfortable, and supported throughout their wellness journey.

Gabriel is a pre-med student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He is dedicated to patient-centered care, with a strong focus on ensuring comfort, trust, and support throughout each visit. Gabriel assists physicians with medical screenings, injections, and wellness treatments, contributing to efficient and high-quality clinical care.

Mary Henderson is an ASCP-certified Medical Laboratory Scientist with over a decade of experience in hospital and reference lab environments. She performs comprehensive laboratory testing and is passionate about providing timely, accurate results that support quality patient care. Mary is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit. She brings warmth and dedication to every part of her life.

William Wright trained as an aesthetician at Aveda in Dallas and became a certified laser technician at the Texas Laser Institute. He is passionate about skincare and client experience and specializes in advanced laser treatments and aesthetics. His warm personality and expertise create a welcoming environment for clients seeking personalized care.

Claire is a licensed aesthetician with advanced training in skincare and laser treatments. A graduate of the Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute of Dallas, she’s dedicated to helping clients feel confident and radiant through personalized, results-driven care.

Kenna Lewis is a licensed aesthetician trained at Ogle School and a certified laser technician through Texas Laser Institute. She specializes in providing personalized skincare and laser treatments that focus on each client’s individual goals and helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

Emilee Peña holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and Multimedia Journalism from the University of Texas at Tyler. With a passion for aesthetics, she helps clients enhance their confidence and well-being. As a social media manager, she creates a supportive and empowering experience for every client she works with.

Ainsley Wherry joined Core Rejuvenation Wellness & MedSpa in 2023 as a Client Consultant. Passionate about the med spa industry, she is currently pursuing her associate degree while ensuring every client receives a personalized and welcoming experience. She is dedicated to making each visit enjoyable, professional, and tailored to individual needs.

With over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Fatima brings a strong understanding of skincare, aesthetics, and client care to her role as a Client Consultant. Her background as a beauty expert and social media professional helps her connect with clients personally while keeping them informed and confident in their treatment choices. She also supports the med spa team through administrative organization, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth client experience from start to finish.
